Silver X Bream
A sweet mix that can be used for balling, cupping, catapulting or for running through a feeder depending on how much water you add. Mixed on the dry side it makes a superb feeder groundbait. Adding more water will cause its binding properties to increase, making it brilliant for balling in or catapulting balls containing plenty of loose offerings. It is, apart from the fishmeal version, a very sweet smelling groundbait which bream go mad for.
Silver X Canal & Lake
The finest mix in the Silver X range, it's also sweet smelling and versatile. It forms a lingering cloud when mixed dry, which is ideal for shallow water, slow moving water or for fishing on the drop. Adding more water creates a low-feed mix ideal for forming a bed on the bottom. As with all groundbaits in the Silver X range, this mix contains no salt so is fully bloodworm and joker friendly. We expect this to be one of our biggest selling groundbaits.
Silver X Carp
Silver X Carp is a sweet biscuit and fishmeal groundbait containing particles that attract big carp into your swim.
Silver X Feeder
The explosive version of this groundbait is highly active thanks to its high crushed and grilled hemp content. It's designed to explode out of the feeder and release your feed quickly. The Specimen version is brown in colour and contains crushed pellet as well as some other large particles. It's brilliant for plugging open-ended feeders and holding large quantities of loosefeed firmly in place.
Silver X River
As you'd expect, this is heavy mix that's designed to sink quickly on flowing water. It's also ideally suited to carrying large quantities of loose particles. Basically, the more water you add (without the mix becoming sloppy), the more it will bind and faster it will sink. It's always worth carrying a bag of Silver X River with you wherever you go because it's the ideal addition to other groundbaits if you want to add something that will stiffen them up.
Silver X Roach
Quite a fine mix, it's also active and contains crushed and grilled hemp particles which roach are strongly attracted to. It can be mixed dry for shallow water fishing, or more water can be added so that the mix is perfect for type of venue you're fishing. When more water is added, it's ideal for balling in on river venues with a few pinkies added. Availalble in three colours, the black variant is superb for clear water or winter fishing.
Silver X Specimen
This is a heavy groundbait designed for the angler who is targeting big bream, tench, carp and barbel. The food content is high so those lumps will move in over the groundbait and settle - you can't achieve this with finer mixes that don't have the food content to hold big fish in the swim. It binds well which means you can also add plenty of loose particles of your own if you wish.
