Dynamite Baits Festival
Well here is the report from day five of the 2008 Dynamite Baits festival, by now you all should know the winner, but if you dont, the victorious angler was no other that Mr Steve Ringer. We have managed to collate a bit of catch/action so here is how the final day panned out.
Day Five
Day five was a gloriously sunny day for most but there was still a brisk breeze in the air, the catches so far this week have been great and today was no exception, despite a weeks worth of matches, most of the lakes still seem to be on top form.

E Section Porth
Another hard day on Porth but saying that we have seen the highest weights so far this week so it goes to show the fish are there you just need the right angler on the right peg making the correct decision to catch them. Second went to Steve Cooke on peg 88 with 16lb 13oz, third with 11lb 8oz was Alan Scotthorne and the next best weight came from Andy Stonner on peg 32 with 11lb 4oz.

I think you’ll all agree it has been another top festival and I would like to thank the anglers that took part for making it such a successful event and we shall see you next year for the 2009 festival
